Color
Shell and facemask are painted with durable, color-matched coatings, chosen to hold up through a full season of being shaken, stacked and passed around the stands.

Assemble
Facemask and hardware are fitted to the painted shell by hand, and the rattle is sealed inside.

Decals
Your logo goes on both sides of the helmet, aligned by hand so the mark sits where it does on the real thing.

Inspect & pack
Every helmet is inspected, packed and shipped from Texas. Manufacturing, selling and distribution are all handled in house.
