Return & Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

Spirit Helmet accepts returns only for non-customized and non-personalized products.

All custom or personalized helmets, including but not limited to helmets made with custom logos, colors, text, or designs requested by the customer, are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photo or video proof of the issue is required

  • Once approved, we will offer:

    • A replacement at no additional cost, or

    • A full refund to the original payment method

Return Window

For eligible non-customized products:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference (such as change of mind or ordering error), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, Spirit Helmet will cover return shipping costs

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized helmets

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer handling

  • Clearance or sale items
