Returns Eligibility
Spirit Helmet accepts returns only for non-customized and non-personalized products.
All custom or personalized helmets, including but not limited to helmets made with custom logos, colors, text, or designs requested by the customer, are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Photo or video proof of the issue is required
Once approved, we will offer:
A replacement at no additional cost, or
A full refund to the original payment method
Return Window
For eligible non-customized products:
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in original packaging
Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference (such as change of mind or ordering error), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, Spirit Helmet will cover return shipping costs
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom or personalized helmets
Used or damaged items caused by customer handling
Clearance or sale items
